Step 1 - Introductory Call or Email

Step 3: NDA Signing

Once we receive the client information, we’ll draft a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) using the provided legal contact details. We use eSign solutions for speed and security.

Your confidentiality is our priority.

Step 4: Access to Books, Tools & Documents

We request access to:
- Existing accounting software (via user invite or login)
- Bank & credit card statements (PDF or online access)
- Prior year financials
- Chart of accounts & any custom templates
- Vendor list (for A/P support)

We will send secure upload links or use your preferred method.

Step 5: Kick-Off Meeting

A joint session with your team and ours will finalize:
- Roles & responsibilities
- Weekly/monthly deliverables
- Reporting formats
- Points of contact

Scheduled within 2–3 business days post-NDA.

Step 6: Work Begins & First Report Review

We begin the work and deliver:
- First month’s reconciliation or AP processing
- Review meeting with feedback loop

Our goal: Zero disruption, complete transparency.

Step 7: Ongoing Support

We provide:
- Daily/weekly updates (as agreed)
- Monthly review calls
- Flexibility for scaling and scope change
